Tier 1 Plan
$119/month

An individualized plan is drafted in bi-weekly blocks. I continuously monitor your progress through out the month adjusting your plan to stay current with your progress.Throughout the month is open dialog to continuously support and provide feedback.

Tier 2 Plan
$59/month

An individualized plan is drafted in monthly blocks. During the month you follow the plan self supported. At the end of the month we then discuss your progress over the past month. Then the following month's plan will be developed.I am available for workout questions.

FAQ

What is the process to get started?

The process starts with an assessment on where you are today and where you want to be. Then an individualized training plan will be constructed to achieve your goal. From there, it’s your commitment and my support to unleash your potential. Simple.You are being coached from a certified running coach through Road Runners Club of America and a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.

How is training conducting?

Training is conducted through Final Surge. This platform is web based with a mobile app. Workouts are populated in a calendar. Also workouts are sync'd with your watch if it has the capability.

Am I locked into a contract?

Nope! While there is a contract to agree upon, it can be canceled at any time with no penalties.

Running is more than moving your feet faster. It is about challenging yourself. It is about finding yourself and what you are capable of. Ken Chlouber the founder of Leadville 100 said it best, “You are better than you think you are. You can do more than you think you can.”I have gone through a personal journey with running myself. It started off challenging kids on the playground to a race and has progressed to competing in 100 mile ultra-marathons. To that end, I am committed to use my knowledge and experiences in running to inspire and ultimately have you achieve your goal.
